Complimentary spray tans for teen girls whose families can't stretch to the extras before prom or a night that matters. Nominations come from parents, teachers and church leaders — never applications — so no girl has to ask.
It exists because Seana grew up without those extras herself. A limited number of appointments are offered each year.

Hi, I'm Seana.
I found sunless tanning while managing a tanning salon in college and never really left it. What started as a job turned into a genuine obsession with the craft of it — the colour theory, the undertones, the technique that separates a good tan from an obvious one.
The Sunless Method came out of that. Clean, skin-nourishing ingredients, current technique, and a solution chosen for the person in front of me.

Will I look orange?
No. Every solution is custom-blended to your natural tone and undertone, using formulas with balanced undertones rather than one universal bottle. Orange results come from a solution that fights your undertone — which is the exact problem The Sunless Method is built to solve.
I have never had a spray tan. What actually happens?
You get prep instructions before you arrive. At the appointment your natural tone, undertone, desired depth and timeline are discussed before anything is sprayed. You leave with your rinse window and aftercare written down, so there is no guessing afterwards.
What do I wear during the appointment?
As much or as little as you are comfortable in. Disposable undergarments are provided if you would like them.
What do I wear afterwards?
Loose, dark clothing and open-toe shoes or flip-flops. Avoid tight bras, leggings and sneakers until after you rinse — anything tight can rub the colour while it develops.
How do I prepare for a spray tan?
Exfoliate 48 hours before and again the night before, using a non-oil-based product. Shave 12 to 24 hours ahead, or wax 24 to 48 hours ahead. On the day, shower no sooner than 3 hours before your appointment, then apply no lotion, oil, deodorant or perfume.
Do I shave before or after?
Before — 12 to 24 hours ahead. Shaving after a tan exfoliates the colour straight off. If you wax, do it 24 to 48 hours ahead.
How long do I wait before showering?
It depends on your solution. Original solutions need at least 8 hours before the first rinse. Rapid solutions rinse in 3 to 7 hours depending on how deep you want the colour. Both keep developing after that first rinse. Use warm water only, no soap or loofah, rinse until the water runs clear, then pat dry rather than rubbing.
How long will my tan last?
Typically 7 to 10 days with proper aftercare. Moisturise once or twice daily with a fragrance-free, sulfate-free product and avoid exfoliating products to get the full range.
How far do you travel for mobile appointments?
Within a 15-mile radius of the Brentwood YMCA on Concord Road. That covers Brentwood, Franklin, Cool Springs, Nolensville, Green Hills, Belle Meade, Bellevue and most of Nashville. Travel fees may apply beyond that — text your ZIP code and date to check.
Is the solution safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. The products are clean, vegan and skin-nourishing, free from parabens, sulfates and harsh chemicals.
Does a spray tan protect me from the sun?
No. A sunless tan is cosmetic colour and offers no meaningful SPF. Keep using sun protection exactly as you normally would.
How much does a spray tan cost?
The Sunless Method Experience is $55 in studio or $85 mobile. The Student Glow is $45 in studio or $75 mobile. Partial services start at $25 for a face glow, $35 for legs and $40 for upper body. Red Light Therapy is a $10 add-on.
What is your cancellation policy?
At least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With less than 2 hours' notice the deposit is forfeited.
